WHEREAS, Dan Hellmich, Public Works Superintendent, is requesting that the Street Dept vehicle #0769 be declared Surplus and Sold on GovDeals because it is no longer reliable or needed
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the declaration of the Street Dept. vehicle #0769 as Surplus and the sell of it on GovDeals.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
