WHEREAS, construction contracts for the CDBG Project No. LR-CM-PF-12-007 (Aaronville sewer rehabilitation) must be in place by mid June 2013, and
WHEREAS, the City needs to go to bid for construction for the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the City to go to bid for construction for the CDBG Project No. LR-CM-PF-12-007. All budget funding has been appropriated.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
