                     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

                     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2016 to consider the adoption of the 2016 Redistricting Plan.

                     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
