WHEREAS, two additional items were included on the Consent Agenda but were inadvertently left off of the resolution but were approved during the Council meeting.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes amendment to Resolution 5107-12 in include the following items approved and paid for in the FY12 budget:
A) Approves the purchase of Christmas decorations in the amount of $2,400 for Christmas in the Park from Champion Studios, LLC from Account No. 01-625-7010; and
B) Approves the purchase of Christmas decorations in the amount of $2,000 for Christmas in the Park stage area from Trees and Trends from Account No. 01-625-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
