NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
      SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing for the initial zoning of property owned by Woerner Land LLC located on the north side of County Road 20S and south of Lowe's to consider Planning Commission's recommendation to rezone 29.50 +/- acres  from R3 (Residential Multi Family) to B1A (Extended Business District).
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
