WHEREAS, Fred Steiner with the National Sojourners Inc. is requesting the use of Heritage Park on October 23, 2021 from 12:00N - 2:00PM to host a 1st Responder/Military Personnel Appreciation. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park by Fred Steiner with the National Sojourners Inc. is requesting the use of Heritage Park on October 23, 2021 from 12:00N - 2:00PM to host a 1st Responder/Military Personnel Appreciation. Also requesting that we provide tents, chairs and sound system.
