WHEREAS, the American Legion Post 99 has requested the use of the stage at no charge on November 11, 2019 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm for their Veteran's Day event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of the stage requested by the American Legion Post 99 for their event at Max Griffin Park on November 11, 2019 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm.
