WHEREAS, the City of Foley has a need to purchase various sizes of pipe and culvert for ditch maintenance and various City projects.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:      Authorizes going to bid as needed for pipe and culvert.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
