WHEREAS, Liberty Church is requesting approval and waival of fees for Heritage Park on May 4, 2017 for National Day of Prayer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Liberty Church to hold the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Heritage Park and fees to be waived.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
