During the July 21, 2014 Work Session the Council's consensus was to move forward on getting restroom facilities in the Claude Peteet building.  MCS Contracting, Inc. has submitted a proposal in the amount of $5,152 to install a new restroom.  This includes  toilet, sink, hot water heater, grab bars, mirror, paper towel dispenser, new water line and sewer line.

WHEREAS, the MCS Contracting, Inc. submitted a proposal in the amount of $5,152 to install a new restroom at the Claude Peteet building to enable the building to be used.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Accepts MCS Contracting, Inc.'s proposal in the amount of $5,152 to install a new restroom in the Claude Peteet building.  Account Number 12-665-7346 is hereby created and amended accordingly.  
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
