NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council as follows:

Section 1:      Believes that an ad in the Gulf Coast Newspaper publication "Big, Beautiful Baldwin" is a useful public purpose of public funds and authorizes the expenditure of $375 for a half-page, full color ad.

Section 2:      This Resolution shall be come effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
