Description of Topic: (who, what, where, when, why and how much) Foley Mainstreet is working with local businesses to improve our downtown area and create a more inviting venue. Resolution 24-1431 approved the purchase of lighting for downtown business owners. We are working with Foley Mainstreet for the next phase of downtown business owners to have lighting on their buildings. This project is planned but it is no longer considered capital so the funding needs to be appropriated to the general fund operations.
