NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of an electronic double faced, color message sign and a Foley City Hall I.D. sign from Modern Signs, LLC. in the amount of $35,239.00. This is a budgeted item in the amount of $40,000 under Account No. 01-616-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
