WHEREAS, the Foley High School has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge for August 13th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm for their a Community Kick Off Pep Rally.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Foley High School for their Community Kick Off Pep Rally on Saturday, August 13, 2016 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
