WHEREAS, The Foley Event Center project needs to have insurance and operation of the facility requires oversight, and
WHEREAS, The City of Foley Council desires to enter into a lease agreement with the Public Cultural and Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District (PCEFCD) for the property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a lease agreement with the PCEFCD for purposes stated above and authorizes the Mayor to execute the lease.
