A Resolution to Approving the Jehovah Witness Community the Use of Max Griffin Park (Area Around the Kids Park) to Display Free Bible Based Literature
Summary
Randy Pelfrey with the Foley Jehovah Witness community is requesting the use of Max Griffin Park (area around the kids park) to display free bible based literature using two mobile carts. Each cart is 16" wide and 60" high. They will not approach people, but allow them to come to the carts if they are interested. No food or beverages will be served, nor is any power needed. This is a free, voluntary non-profit and non-commercial work. They would like to do this ongoing on Saturday's only from 8:00am - 3:00pm.

WHEREAS, Randy Pelfrey with the Foley Jehovah Witness community is requesting the use of Max Griffin Park (area around the kids park) to display free bible based literature using two mobile carts ongoing on Saturdays only from 8:00am - 3:00pm.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the use Max Griffin Park (near the kids park) for Foley Jehovah Witness community to display free bible based literature using two mobile carts ongoing on Saturdays only from 8:00am - 3:00pm
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon it's adoption as required by law.
