WHEREAS, United Pentecostal Holiness Church is renovating an existing building located at 412 2nd Avenue Foley, AL 36535, and
WHEREAS, United Pentecostal Holiness Church requests that the City waive or reduce the permit fees to the minimum and allow United Pentecostal Holiness Church to pay the minimum Community Development fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving all but the minimum Community Development Department fees to the minimum for United Pentecostal Holiness Church construction project located at 412 2nd Avenue Foley, AL 36535.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
