NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves request to go to bid for six vehicles with accessories in the amount of $139,000 for the Foley Police Department budgeted under account 01-608-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
