WHEREAS, Foley Recreation has a need for drink coolers for concessions and no longer needs an ice machine,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of $8,000 from account Recreation Capital 100-5030-5100 to Recreation Small Tools 100-5030-6053.
