Ascend Performance is requesting the use of Foley Kids Park on June 1, 2019 from 8:30 am until 3:00 pm for their community day. They will have food, games, face painting, and inflatables at no charge and possibly a food truck. They will also be collecting canned foods to donate to local food banks.

WHEREAS, Ascend Performance Materials has requested the use of Foley Kids Park on June 1, 2019 from 8:30 am until 3:00 pm for their community day.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the use of Foley Kids Park requested by Ascend Performance on June 1, 2019 from 8:30 am until 3:00 pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
