WHEREAS, Emmanuel's Place will be a facility for children with special needs in Baldwin County, and
WHEREAS, Emmanuel's Place has secured a building that is now under construction and located at 211 N. Cedar St. Foley, AL, and
WHEREAS, Emmanuel's Place has asked the City to become a corporate sponsor.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a Sponsorship Agreement with Emmanuel's Place in the amount of no more than $1,500.
