WHEREAS, the City will extend Fern Avenue eastward to the Foley Beach Express with an ATRIP grant project, and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation credits are required by the Corps of Engineers to offset unavoidable minor wetland impacts, and
WHEREAS, a price quote has been obtained from a local wetland bank by Volkert, Inc. in the amount of $48,750.00.
