WHEREAS, the Street Department has two (2) 2011 mower decks that need to be replaced and the replacement has been budgeted in this year's budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of two (2) John Deere 1565 Front Mount Mower Decks from John Deere under HGAC Contract number TX HGAC GR01-12 in the amount of $7,054.52 budgeted under Account No. 01-607-7010 in the amount of $8,000.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
