WHEREAS, Omega Realty, Inc, seller of certain real property wishes to obtain an easement from the City of Foley for ingress and egress over the former L & N Railroad right of way, and
WHEREAS, the title commitment requires an easement as it is a prerequisite for closing the transaction.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the donation of an easement for the purpose of ingress and egress over the former L& N Railroad right of way.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
