This event will be open to the public. They are requesting all fees to be waived.

WHEREAS,Elisha Sayers and the Redemption Church Outreach is requesting the use of Heritage Park to host a Gulf Coast Outreach Drug Awareness Event in the Park event on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 1pm - 7pm, and
WHEREAS, they will have live music, entertainment, and worship for the community to participate. They will supply their own sound equipment. They will have a small tents and mobile food vendors. This event will be open to the public, and
WHEREAS, they are requesting all fees to be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the fees for Elisha Sayers and the Redemption Church Outreach is requesting the use of Heritage Park to host a Gulf Coast Outreach Drug Awareness Event in the Park event on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 1pm - 7pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
