WHEREAS, during its regular session on April 7, 2014, Council approved Resolution 14-0128 Bid Solicitations for Dog Park Grading and Paving and Approve Ad Cost, and
WHEREAS, Section 1. read as follows:
" Approves the advertising cost in the amount of $500.00 and to solicit bids for the Dog Park project, and amends Account No. 12-665-7333 R12 BID accordingly.", and
WHEREAS, Section 1. should have read as follows:
" Approves the advertising cost in the amount of $500.00 and to solicit bids for the Dog Park project, under Account No. 12-665-7333 R12 DOG PARK accordingly."
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Section 1. of Resolution 14-0128 to state: " Approves the advertising cost in the amount of $500.00 and to solicit bids for the Dog Park project, under Account No. 12-665-7333 R12 DOG PARK accordingly."
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
