NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:       Authorizes Mayor Koniar to enter into a Contract For Services for the Farmers Market Operations Manager with Heather Blankenship.

SECTION 2:       Appropriates $60,000 for the Farmers Market Operations Manager salary.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
