WHEREAS, Emmanuel Place has requested the use of Beulah Heights Park on March 26, 2016 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm for the fundraising to benefit special needs childcare.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, grants permission of the use of Beulah Heights Park requested by Emmanuel's Place for their fundraiser on March 26, 2016 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
