A Resolution to Set a Public Hearing to Consider an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 387-87 Rezoning Property Owned by Harold Motter from R-1A - Residential Single Family to B-3 - Local Business

 

Body

 

                     WHEREAS, Harold Motter, owner of certain property currently zoned R-1A Residential Single Family under Ordinance No. 387-87, has requested that said property be rezoned to B-3 Local Business; and

 

                     WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, deems it necessary and proper to set a public hearing to receive comments and consider an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 387-87 to rezone said property from R-1A Residential Single Family to B-3 Local Business.

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider a Resolution to Set a Public Hearing to Consider an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 387-87 Rezoning Property Owned by Harold Motter from R-1A - Residential Single Family to B-3 - Local Business

 

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law
