BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Foley hereby authorizes settlement, with no financial obligation of the City, of that certain lawsuit Charter Landing, Inc., et al. v. City of Foley, et al. in the Circuit Court of Baldwin County, Alabama, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any documents and undertake any other actions necessary to effectuate settlement, subject to the Mayor's final approval of exhibits to the Mutual Settlement Agreement and Release.
