WHEREAS, a new Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary-Treasurer must be appointed by the Public Cultural and Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Cultural and Entertainment Cooperative District of the City of Foley, Alabama that the election or appointment of the following named persons to following offices is hereby made and approved for a term ending on such date as their successors are chosen and qualified in their stead:
