Extending temporary, full-time, accounts clerk in finance division through remainder of the fiscal year. No budget adjustment is necessary as funds are available for this although we need a transfer of funds from full time salaries account to part-time salaries account in the amount of $11,424

WHEREAS, resolution #4923-12 approved a temporary, full-time Accounts Clerk for the Finance Division for 720 hours and there is a need to extend those hours until the remainder of the fiscal year. Budget funds are available for this action but a transfer of those funds is needed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: The temporary, full-time position of Accounts Clerk is hereby extended through the remainder of the current fiscal year.
SECTION 2: Transfers $11,424.00 from the General Government Salaries account #01-620-1010 to the Part-Time Salaries account #01-620-1015 in support of this action.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
