WHEREAS, the family of Madalyn McCormick has requested the use of the Graham Creek Preserve Interpretive Center at no charge on June 3, 2017 for their Barbecue Benefit for Madalyn McCormick.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of the Graham Creek Preserve Interpretive Center requested by the family of Madalyn McCormick for their Barbecue Benefit on June 3, 2017.
