ACCEPTANCE OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT

TO PERFORM A DOWNTOWN COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

 

                     WHEREAS, Resolution 18-1012 approved acceptance of the AL Department of Conservation & Natural Resources AL Coastal Area Management Program Downtown Comprehensive Plan grant;

                     WHEREAS, Request for Proposals were sent and only one Proposal was submitted;

                     NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, AL as follows:

SECTION 1:                       Accepts the professional services contract with Goodwyn Mills Cawood and authorizes the Mayor to execute said contract.

SECTION 2:                       Appoints Miriam Boutwell to serve as the Grant Manager, who will be responsible for submitting all required reports, reimbursement requests, and other correspondence to the Granting Agency and the City’s Grant Administrator.

SECTION 3:                     Grantee Cost Reports will be submitted to AL Department of Conservation & Natural Resources.

SECTION 4:                      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
