The Way, The Truth, And The Life Holiness Church is requesting the City consider waiving the Board of Adjustment and Appeals application fee. The Church desires to place a new digital electronic sign. Their existing electronic sign is irreparable as the company it was purchased from is no longer in business.

WHEREAS, The Way, The Truth, And The Life Holiness Church located at 17665 Little Rock Road in Foley, Alabama, and
WHEREAS, the Church desires to replace their existing digital electronic sign, and
WHEREAS, The Way, The Truth, And The Life Holiness Church requests that the City waive the $150.00 Board of Adjustment and Appeals application fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the $150.00 Board of Adjustment and Appeals application fee for The Way, The Truth, And The Life Holiness Church located at 17665 Little Rock Road in Foley, AL 36535.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
