The Christmas Committee of the Revitalization and Beautification Board request permission to purchase new Christmas decorations. This is not a budgeted item. Amend Account Number 01-619-7010 in the amount of $123,000.00 for the purchase of Christmas decorations from the City of Foley Christmas Decorations Master List Phase l which is attached, plus any reasonable shipping costs.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Phase l purchase of Christmas decorations and amends the FY15 budget in the amount of $123,000.00 plus any reasonable shipping costs for Account No. 01-619-7010 (Capital Purchases).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
