AMIC will hold their annual business meeting on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Mobile Bay Ballroom at the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel. Please either authorize Steve E. Well, President of AMIC as the City's Proxy Vote or appoint a Council member to transact such business as may come before the meeting.

WHEREAS, Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation (AMIC) will hold their annual business meeting on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Mobile Bay Ballroom at the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel, and
WHEREAS, Steve E. Wells, President of AMIC, can be selected to transact such business as may come before the meeting or one of the Council members can be appointed to do the same.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes Steven E. Wells to transact such business as may come before the AMIC meeting on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
