WHEREAS, bids were solicited and received for the Resurfacing Phase IV project as attached and are made a permanent part of this resolution upon its adoption, and
WHEREAS, the low bidder is Ammons & Blackmon Construction in the amount of $645,148.67 for their base bid and three alternates.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Ammons & Blackmon Construction's bid in the amount of $645,148.67 for their base bid and three alternates, and amends Account No. 12-600-9365 A13 PHIV.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
