WHEREAS, the City of Foley established a budget for the construction of a comfort station at Graham Creek in the amount of $80,000 under Account 12-665-7251 Q38.
WHEREAS, the High land Group was awarded the construction bid for the amount of $73,623 and the remainder of the budget was for utility installation.
WHEREAS, utility installation exceeded the $80,000 budget by $3,015.21 for grinder pump and electrical installation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the additional expenses over budget for grinder pump and electrical installation in the amount of $3,015.21.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
