Planning Commission has submitted their Initial Zoning recommendation of R-3 (Residential Multi-Family) for 20+/- acres being annexed into the corporate limits  for property owned by MTSC Land Development, located south of County Road 20 and east of Bethany Drive.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
      SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing  to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of R-3 (Residential Multi-Family) for 20+/- acres being annexed into the corporate limits  for property owned by MTSC Land Development, located south of County Road 20 and east of Bethany Drive.
 
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
