Summary
Resolution 26-1096 approved and appropriated funding for the construction of the Highway 59 Sidewalk from E Orchid to E Section Ave. Due to the steep grade of the ditch that runs along this area, the project will require additional labor and paving to effectively complete. Street Department has received a quote from James Brother's Excavating in the amount of $18,630.00 for the additional work. Street Department is requesting Council to approve, appropriate, and memorialize the funding for the additional work in the amount of $19,000.00 to Account # 400-3010-5101 A23 FY26
