NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution # 14-0212 Section 1 to purchase three (3) 10' ceiling fans for the CAFFM for $10,986.00 from Warehouse Equipment and Supply Co. and approves MCS Contracting's amended proposal amount for $3,989 under USDA Grant Expense Account #12-665-7335.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
