WHEREAS, the City of Foley has purchased property located at 121 North Alston Street and the building is currently being marketed as retail, and,
WHEREAS, there is a need to find additional office space for City departments, and,
WHEREAS, the estimated cost to remodel this space for City use and run fiber to this building is approximately $100,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Grants permission to bid this project.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
