WHEREAS, there is a need for drainage improvements within the alley behind Paul's Barber Shop at South Alston Street south of West Orange Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC proposal in the amount of $1,500.00 for engineering services related to drainage improvements within the alley at the location above, and amends Account No. 12-665-7128 A19 ALLEY1 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
