Summary
The Concession/Restroom Facilities Capital Projects for the CAFFM Property Expansion Phase 2 & Foley Sports Tourism Multi-Use Fields Complex will require civil engineering and architecture for the sites. Sawgrass Consulting, LLC prepared a proposal with topographic survey, civil design, landscape design (WAS), architectural services (includes MEP), procurement, construction testing and construction administration with a not to exceed $124,500. We are requesting $62,250.00 under account 208-5030-5105 CAFFM Property Expansion Phase 2, Impact Fee Funds and $62,250.00 under account 400-5042-5102 FST Multi-Use Fields Concessions-Restroom Facility for the professional fees. Our plan is to bid projects together to minimize oversite costs. We are asking for the remaining funds to be appropriated for these projects as estimated totals for each one: The additional remaining funds of $175,000 for the FST Multi-Use Fields Concessions-Restroom and $537,750. for the CAFFM Property Expansion Phase 2.
CAFFM Phase 2 will include adding full sidewalk connectivity, building walking path around a fountain by Cobblestone.

Prior Resolution:
FST Multi-Use Fields Concessions-Restroom Facility Project 24-1030, appropriated $300,000.
