WHEREAS, the City wants to determine the value of a property of interest.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the hire of Weldon Payne to appraise a certain property in an amount not to exceed $675.00 under account 01-620-3020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
