Body

       WHEREAS, the Rikard Charitable Trust has donated $1,000 to the Foley Caboose Club,

 

        NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

         SECTION 1: Accepts the unbudgeted donation to the Caboose Club and amend the FY24 budget to reflect an increase of $1,000 in the Depot Small Tools/Equipment account # 100-5061-4651 Donations & account # 100-5061-6053 small tools.

         SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
