WHEREAS, there is a need to pave the access road to the south T-Hangars at the Foley Municipal Airport due to washouts that occur during heavy rain events, and,
WHEREAS, there is $22,000 available in Account 01-613-4010 that would be sufficient to complete this project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of $22,000 from Account 01-613-4010 to Capital Project account 12-665-7344 for paving of the airport access road and required drainage.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
