Finance is requesting a resolution to change the Project Account for expenditures related to the TAP Grant bycicle facilities project. Prior to security grant funding, the original project included an extension at Glenlakes Subdivision that is not included with the grant project and work has already commenced and been recorded to the project account.

WHEREAS, Resolution 13-0527 was adopted on October 21, 2013 and assigned a Project Account to ALDOT's FY2013 Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Bicycle Facilities project.
WHEREAS, the original scope of the Bicycle Facilities project included an extension to the Glenlakes Subidivsion Bike Path for which HOA funding has been received and Engineering work performed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Section 1 of Resolution 13-0527 by striking Project Account 12-665-7281 Q64 CONST and replacing with Project Account 12-665-7329 R08 CONST.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
