WHEREAS, due to signs of storm drainage failure at the Foley Municipal Airport, Volkert, Inc. conducted a drainage study (Supplemental Agreement #13) that was approved by Resolution No. 14-0347-RES, and,
WHEREAS, results of this investigation have been categorized as "Critical", "Needs Improvement", or "Satisfactory" and structures described as "Critical" are in need of immediate repair and/or replacement while those described as "Needs Improvement" are in need of repair, but are not at risk of ultimate failure or causing a safety hazard to airfield operations, and,
WHEREAS, the approximate cost for Volkert's engine...
